Because Flash7X is distributed through the Apple App Store, all purchases and refunds are handled entirely by Apple.

Requesting a Refund

If you are dissatisfied with your subscription or have experienced a technical issue that prevents usage, you must request a refund directly through Apple's Report a Problem page:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Select "Request a refund"
4. Choose the reason and submit your request for Flash7X

While we cannot manually issue refunds bypassing Apple's system, if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us at support@swell.kz so we can resolve the app issue for you.
